    前     言

    本教材根据高职教育人才培养目标,开发学习领域,实施任务导向,进行教学情景设计; 依据职业行动能力的需要,以建构主义为基础,选取体现高职教学特色的课程内容并进行整 合和序化,形成具有典型性的技能训练项目 ;以必需够用为度,培养学生的自我沟通能力、 人际沟通能力、组织沟通能力,对学生职业行动能力培养和职业素养养成起主要支撑或明显 促进作用。打破传统的教材编写模式,充分汲取高职高专经济管理类专业教学改革的成果, 按照以职业能力训练为主线,相关知识为支撑的编写思路,努力使本教材具有以下特点 :
    一、遵循学生职业行动能力培养的基本规律,强调“案例引领、任务驱动、实训强化”, 融“教、学、思、做”四位于一体。
    二、精心设计大量的参与性内容,如 :任务导入、知识储备、课堂互动、态度和主张、 思考、自主训练、马上行动、团队案例分析、团队实践活动等,将学生由教学活动的客体转 变为教学活动的主体,使学生能进行积极、自主地学习和能力训练。
    二、以建构主义为基础,开发以学生为本的“情景式”立体教学资源共享平台,更好地 兼顾教师教与学生学,合理安排理论教学与实践训练,建立多渠道、获取式大教学系统的教 学方法体系,促进了学生综合素质的提高。
    四、适用范围较为广泛,不仅可作为经济管理类专业职业能力课的教材,还可作为工科 类所有专业选修课的教材,也可以作为其他相关学科的职业培训教材和自学参考书。
    五、相关资源丰富,包括课程标准、教材、教学指南、电子教案、多媒体课件、网络课程、 自主训练、案例分析等在内的立体化教材资源,满足学生自主学习的需要。
