党的二十大报告对进一步强化职业教育的表述更加鲜明具体,“统筹职业教育、高等教育、继续教育协同创新,推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇、优化职业教育类型定位”,为职业教育的发展提供了重要指引。作为职业教育的践行者,要进一步增强做好新时代新征程职业教育工作的使命感、责任感、紧迫感,加快推进职业教育高质量发展,

随着网络支付的普及、电子政务广泛应用、短视频与直播的兴起、社交电商、电子商务新模式和业态的形成,各行各业都需要更多业务熟练的电子商务人才。以上对教材的编写提出了更高、更紧迫的要求,电子商务的教材需要更加与时俱进、更加符合新形势发展。
本书以理论与实践相结合为定位,以“升学与就业并重”为导向,以培养高素质、高技能专业人才为目标,采用项目教学思想编写。本书语言简练、结构清晰、案例丰富、图文并茂、浅显易懂、实用性强。
本书特点如下。
1.项目任务化
本书采用“项目任务化”设计思想,共设计了6 大项目,并将项目拆解为18 个教学任务,通过项目模块、任务细分、任务实践,融入相关知识。

第2 版进行的主要内容更新有:
项目1:针对电子商务专业的新业态、发展趋势和就业岗位分析等方面,都根据最新的行业、企业发展需求进行了知识点更新。
项目2:增加了物联网相关内容、更新了最新的移动通信技术(5G)相关知识,删除了过时的内容,增补了百度网盘和微信电脑端的常用操作。
项目3:针对各种模式的交易流程进行了优化,增加粤省事的应用,C2B、C2M、G2M 等新型交易模式,针对O2O 交易模式进行较大幅度的修改。同时,对教学案例及拓展内容也进行了更新。
项目4:更新完善了电子商务安全及支付的相关数据,补充新案例,如防网络诈骗、网络隐私侵权案例等,增加了个人信息泄露、《中华人民共和国民法典》中阐述个人信息保护问题部分、《中华人民共和国电子商务法》、个人手机银行安全使用、刷脸支付、数字人民币等内容。
项目5:紧跟近年电商行业的发展,更新相关网络营销案例,增加小红书、短视频、直播以及移动端的网络广告形式的相关内容。
项目6:主要增加电子商务物流的商务模式和物流业务智能快递柜的相关知识。
